With a 3 year term on the loan, the good news is that this implies that The 2040 Fund/Jay Faison intend to stick around to support their shareholding for awhile. Upwell Water can also be found working in the USA at local government level on water project funding to assist with upfront capital costs.
This may give Fluence a potential entry point with some government funded projects in future.

The company i feel would see a nice boost if we can start making some sales in less risk adverse countries eg USA/Australia.

Hopefully the funding was set-up on the basis there are some near future wins on the cards in the US.

I saw the two companies Upwell and 2040 Fund were aligned with helping U.N.'s Sustainable Development Goals. Let's hope FLC is in the mix for some contract wins. Ethiopia the start?
