    This article appeared on The Straits Times today. Sharing this as we are beginning to see discernable trends world wide: higher cost pertaining to the distribution of water. Ivory Coast will also have to price its water well. The BOT operator will bear the greatest exposure on this point. The other discernible trend from above article: water reuse & power regeneration from biogas, thankfully, capabilities that FLC has. Sharing this to console us long termers.
