As a long termer you will remember the standing joke about any announcement would inevitably see the SP end lower. Granted there were a lot of MOUs in those announcements compared to sales today.
i remember asking this very same question to one of our astute posters a couple years ago.
His response was simple and relevant to any company and SP. "Regular, consistent large and profitable contracts"
Not telling you anything you dont know, but FLC has been patchy at best over last 2 years.
Just my opinion and looking forward to the O&M announcent and those $10-15 millon projects in play.
