    When we have the Minister of Hydraulics, Sanitation and Urban Health visiting, it usually signifies the final few months to completion and expecting the water to flow soon. We should be in the pole position to win the O&M but let’s just not assume that it is in the pocket yet.

    Mind my French which is almost zero, so if anyone who could translate what the Minister said, if relevant, that would be great.
