He was the China's consular to Vienna and he granted visas to Jews to come to Shanghai during WW2 to escape from the holocaust. Yiyang is also the city where Sino-Israel relationships are being leveraged for scientific tie-ups.

It's therefore no wonder Yiyang is the first city to announce a tripartite agreement between the SOE, Govt and FLC. Very clever of FLC to pick these low fruits and exploit the inherent close relationships between Govt, SOE and themselves to roll out MABR there at Yiyang, an advantage that Oxymem and Suez may not have. Once after SUBRE is launched in Israel, I would like to think SUBRE will be tried out next at Yiyang. This city is proving to be the beach head for FLC. Very clever marketing by FLC.

Are we seeing the first signs of Chinese buying in FLC? Perhaps I am being too presumptuous. Let's see.
