I wouldn't be surprised if some holders were caught buying on the rise in the past several false rallies ... or kicked themselves for not selling into the rallies... there will always be supply.

IMO the last couple of rallies were largely unsubstantiated ... it went up sharply for no apparant reason.. only to be met with high volume selling at elevated levels.. a typical pump and dump.

That is missing this time around.. the positive announcements have been met with mild buying, doesn't seem like anybody wants to inflate the price, but happy to accumulate and absorb supply. Looks more like a conventional accumulation phase has commenced, and once the supply dries up at each level... the demand will have to move their price up to get the required shares ... lets hope that is the case.

One this is for sure though, with these recent large contract wins - the 30's will not be seen again.
