    There are so many factors and unknowns, I actually don't even bother trying to calculate a break-even point ... personally it is a waste of my time as I feel there is a very simple way to monitor how well the company is going in terms of becoming cash flow neutral and positive.

    Put simply, I look at the 4C each quarter.. and this is what I see:

    Quarterly cash receipts were non-existent until the merger.. and since then have been relatively consistent... they will explode once Ivory Coast and Sanquintin come online.. as well as these orders being made from all three bulk agreements (which hasn't occured yet).

    Net operating cash outflow is trending in the right direction... its nearing zero / break-even on a quarterly basis.

    Cash is king. Follow the cash, and ignore the accounting mumbo jumbo.
