Q4 2019 - meant to be getting $20usd mil from IC so only $2mil of other revenue?

Re: your comment for Q4, $22 million USD cash receipts for work completed previously in earlier quarters.
The $20 million USD to be recognized as revenue for IC in Q4 will not be received as a disbursement until later, likely Q1, 2020.
Also, as this is design work, it is high margin and not taken into account on the product manufacturing costs outgoings, so likely a $40 million plus USD Q4.
