Recently, Fu Lang Shi Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce that the company has signed a new contract to deliver the first SUBRE project in China to meet the more stringent local “Water Emission Standards for the Lancang River and Minjiang River Basins in Sichuan Province”. The standard requires a total nitrogen content of less than 10 mg per liter, which is significantly more stringent than the 15 mg/l emission standard specified in the national standard A standard.

The construction project of Fuxin Town Wastewater Treatment Station in Mianzhu City is located in Mianzhu City, Sichuan Province. The processing scale is 1,200 tons/day. It will consist of 24 SUBRE units, each of which contains 3 Fulang MABR modules. The order was invested and built by local partner Sichuan Development Guorun Environmental Investment Co., Ltd., which is the second SUBRE order in two months. The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2019.

At present, the discharge of sewage from the Lancang River and the Lancang River Basin is mainly implemented by the national (integrated or industrial) emission standards and the “Sichuan Water Pollution Standards” (DB 51/190-93). On January 1, 2017, the first watershed discharge standard in Sichuan Province was also more stringent than the national and provincial local pollutant discharge standards. “Water Pollutant Emission Standards for the Minjiang River and Minjiang River Basins in Sichuan Province” will be officially implemented ( Hereinafter referred to as the "new standard").
