Similar amount of SUBRE units to the Liaoning Huahong 3000 m3/d plant at 24 x 3 SUBRE modules (72 MABR modules) to treat 1200 m3/d, more modules for less m3/d due to the stricter nitrogen discharge levels required.
Interesting to see just how strict compliance needs to be for Class IV surface water discharge, not many other treatment types can meet these levels at the sort of price levels

Will have high hopes that this is not the only work we get from Guorun Environmental, they operate in multiple Provinces, not just Sichuan.
