Project overview description:
The project site is located in Dingxiang District, Xinglongtai District, Panjin City, the central area of Xinsheng Street. It was formerly known as the Panjin Labor Reform Corps in the 1990s. Currently, the area covers the office building of Panjin Dingxiang Group, Panjin No. 9 Middle School, and police officers. The drainage system for homes and communities was originally a combined system. The rain and sewage diversion project has been completed. In 2017, a domestic sewage treatment plant with a treatment capacity of 1000 m³ /d was built.

Due to the rapid development of the region, the original sewage treatment plant's treatment capacity It has been unable to meet the existing discharge requirements, and the current treatment scale is insufficient, causing the sewage discharged into the Liaohe River to exceed the standard.In order to protect the water environment and achieve sustainable social and economic development, the Panjin Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government attach great importance to water environmental protection. This project has been incorporated into the Liaohe River Water Pollution and Township Environmental Construction Planning in Liaoning Province. The project has a treatment scale of 3,000 tons/day and adopts membrane-aerated biofilm reactor (MABR) technology. The effluent standard needs to meet the "Urban Wastewater Treatment Plant Pollutant Discharge Standard" GB18918-2002 Class 1 A standard.
