    TBH it shouldn't matter. Doubt anyone cared when it would close. What is big is if $20mil usd is recognised this year or not and EBITDA profitability. If it wasn't it was probably a good time to tell us, not to state that it will still occur.

    Now hopefully some news on that loan facility.
