    Just spoke to Richard. Nothing bad. Basically he wasn't happy with the direction of the company and wants the focus to be back on SPS. As he owns a lot of shares he wants to turn things around and increase value for share holders.

    In a nutshull. He isn't happy with the SP of the company and it needs a change ASAP.

    Nothing untoward in accounts etc which is good.

    He said China is going to be massive for Fluence.
