I asked the question on corporate governance. Never good to have a CEO and Chairman under one man. Paul Donnelly has a job to do, to keep things in check.

Having said that, they have a good guy in WJY in charge of China and now SE-Asia. Methodical fella, disciplined, a fellow Singaporean who can straddle between the East and West. Eloquent in English, high proficiency in Mandarin with 15 over years in China with MNC's, 20 over years in all in Asia. Always felt he was good enough for the CEO of Asia role since he joined FLC in 2016. Now he will oversee and given a bigger rein in China and SE Asia. Downside, he is in his late 50's. In the next 5 years he has to establish sales in all the Asian markets, tighten up manufacturing disciplines in China etc, a tall order. Wishing him well.
