    As a big proponent of skin in the game one of my FLC red flags has been the lack of buying by the top brass especially at the recent lows. I see from the top 20 holders thread that Richard hasn't sold any holdings, but I don't believe he's picked up any lately either?

    I'm a fairly new holder to FLC (<6months) but have been watching a while. Without knowing heaps of history do you think Richard is actually the right person to drive the growth FLC needs, or are you just happier that Henry is out?
