    Yes Richard is the man for the job. Just needs a good team around him. Probably lacks on the technical side of things but Henry was the same. At least Richard has reason to make the company successful. Henry was happy getting his big pay check each year without worrying how the company was going.

    Richard knows the whos who in the niche and other VC funds. I can see him building value for shareholders where i couldn't with Henry and thats what this is all about.
