    Hi Morganp, I hope he knows some Chinese based PE or State Investment Funds to get a stake in FLC asap. Sometimes, SOE's don't mind steering more business along FLC's way if they know it stands to benefit Chinese based investment funds who are stakeholders. The Chinese Funds ideally should really get in before the volumes deployments are sealed and delivered. Currently they are still in negotiation phases, according the this morning's release. That's the way I would play it if I were in Richard's shoes.
