    CEO's getting cut quick is never a good look from the outside. But with Richard in charge instos might actually touch the stock. It was too risky with Henry as CEO (owns no shares) and connected with Lauder. We now have a CEO with 36million shares. Wants to pump the SP. Makes a lot more money if the SP goes up than his wage.

    He also knows a lot of VC investors who are all sniffing around for 'sustainable companies' to invest in.
