Richard Irving and Ross Haghighat were quite the dynamic duo and a formidable sales team.

Together they laid the foundations in China and had the initial vision of how critical China would be for the emerging MABR technology, primarily due to the openness of the Chinese to new tech but also the likely speed of adoption given the stated role of rural wastewater treatment within the various stated 5 year plans.

Evidently their philosophy re China hasn't changed in the years since the Fluence inception, however the laser focus of the company in the short to medium term needed to be realigned to Asia and I believe that is what Richard Irving will bring. The important thing, as @stockrock pointed out is that they are better funded. The rest of the world will come.

I must say they did pretty well to oust Ronald's trusted lieutenant and it will be interesting to see if Ross becomes more visibly involved again.
