Tax losses locked in, no more capital required (no more incentive for a low share price for favorable issue, ensuring Lauder is not diluted) and EBITA +ive. Had IC not come through, Lauder would have been stumping up (and diluting us) at around 15-20 cents a share IMO. The market had zero confidence in Henry after enormous destruction of wealth, suspect trading including issuing shares only to be offloaded at a loss & bots controlling the price action to the downside. So time for a change in management to restore some confidence and perhaps time to pump for a NASDAQ listing where Lauder can see a return. Are the games finally over? Will the bots disappear or even better, work to push the price higher? I suspect they will. If the games are over and confidence is restored to the market, this will move very quickly IMO.
