So in the minds of a FM, what am I buying? Am I latching onto an emerging theme of decentralisation and FLC the vehicle to ride on? If I am, it's still a small part of the waste water value chain. And how long must I wait before decentralisation becomes mainstream, and I mean, really mainstream?

If I was Henry, to whom am I going to pitch my story to? Australian instos? They are familiar with mining, bio-pharmas, and nobody can beat them at that, but do they really understand what it takes to invest in water companies? And where are mainly the investors in water infrastructure? The FI's (guys who project finance) and FM (guys who invest) are all in London, US and HK (China). Not Australia.

From my questions, it's clear that we are still in very early stages before FLC is fully understood. First, the stock has to be profitable. And then, the segmental breakdown of the profits will tell us whether it's a BOOT, products company (Aspiral, Niro, SUBRE) or an EPC company, or all 3. And only when this earnings picture clears up, will the FMs believe that decentralisation theme is getting more mainstream and FLC is the vehicle to invest in.

Finally, I still believe a dual listing in the US is a good thing. It will not be a privatisation because Ron only has 30% of the co. Not enough to bull doze a privatisation. Only when we get to the US will the spotlight be on the FLC. In the meantime, it will only remain in the shadows.
