the algo pip trades pushing the SP down over the last few years could suggest a RL tax-loss strategy, but it does bring up more questions -

1. If the algo continues after the cap-raise/ rights issue then we'll have our answer.
2. what about RI's holdings - he wouldn't be happy to see his wealth-destruction from the above (even with the rights issue)?
3. with a MC of $90m & 2. above & RL gone + new management, could we be heading for a delisting/ MBO by RI & directors?
4. Share volumes/ liquidity in the past few months has been extremely low, contributing to SP swings. How will the new issue affect the SP?
5. FLC cash position is still not clear (promises of orders on the horizon) & it's disappointing management have had to use Upwell to survive.
6. No talk on China - replaced by refocus on USA (pre-china, USA was too hard due to the numerous WW utility companies in USA)

I emailed Melanie Leydin on a number of occasions recently for a T20 list but had no replies.

Sorry for the negative post, I love the FLC product offering & appreciate HC members here, but RL leaving at an all-time-low + this cap raise just asks more questions of FLC management.

Full disclosure - I sold at a significant loss a while back & have refrained from posting until today.
I would buy back in once things become clearer.
