They were bundled with the new shares that were issued as well as those offered in the retail entitlement. The new shares were issued @12 cents and Ron's were sold @4 cents for a combined average issue price of 8 cents. Each one of Ron's shares was combined with 1 new share. The benefit of doing it this way was that it reduced the dilution factor by half and also opened up the share register.
