    I have to agree with frostie. China was the first to step up and adopt MABR en masse with iTest eventually ordering USD$30m worth of MABRs. Because of iTest, a huge body of data has been generated and refinements made on MABR so that MABRs can now be used across geographies and temperatures. With China, Cambodia has the confidence to order PS1, PS2, and PS3, the latter being the world's largest SUBRE plant. Without the China learning curve, Taiwan wouldn't have entered the picture. and Indonesia would not be interested.
