the way to think about it is... any existing shareholders can buy up to $30k in stock in the SPP
so that soaks up a lot of demand...
the only people buying on market now are new shareholders, or those who want a lot more than $30k in stock...
if a bigger announcement comes out.. like the IC financial close and/or the new debt facility.. or more bulk orders from China ...
more new shareholders will jump on board, and there will be more people wanting more than $30k in extra stock ...
however if the good news keeps coming, then there will be a lot of pent up support/demand sub 44 cents.. providing a strong support level for anybody who wants to sell out for whatever reason.
