I am not sure if there was something lost in translation when making this release or if there was a Freudian slip, but it looks like these projects will be installed in Huoqiu County in Anhui Province, which is about 4 hours away from Wuhan in Hubei. However, the way they have written this part of the release is incorrect. The Xielingang project was in Yiyang in Hunan Province. Hence why I believe they may have intended to leave the mention of Huoqiu out but put it in by accident.
I think they may have intended the release to say "Subsequent to the successful installation of the Xeilingang project in Yiyang City for Kaitian, this particular volume order will deliver a combined capacity of 8,100 m3/day of Class 1A effluent.
Hunan Kaitian are already in Huoqiu County in Anhui installing sewage treatment plants for the government, both the signage and red helmets have Kaitian logos on them. I can find pictures from October and November with Kaitian already in Huoqiu doing work, not sure if this is other sites or if this is preparatory work for the MABR plants.
