Yeah this one is playing out a definite pattern. Evey price sensitive announcement is met with 10 million plus volume and zero price movement.
The bot must be waiting for the real buyers to come in and float the accumulation level up a few cents. For the moment it's happy to sell into the minor volume and buy back on the lows of the day. Something is definitely trying (successfully) to suppress the price.
