Ahh yep, its inconsistent with what they've said everywhere else in the article/email so i would ignore it. They specifically mention flow test in the context of a 2024 work program in a multitude of other places. Maybe a copy paste error from a previous quick note or email. Not something worth worrying Scott with. Just a simple mistake.
