I'd say its the least risky thing IVZ will ever do and I'd love to see a comparison price between what the 2 you mention pay as apposed to a country with very limited energy options?
As for Zimbabwean companies I'd wager that any contract for power supply will be in USD.
Miners and exporters have been allowed to pay in USD for ages now anyone can.
