I think what they were trying to simply say (in a convoluted way) was;
That even with a 20% drop in the selling price of the product, there was enough profit in it to be cash flow positive in 3 or 4 years. They did not say what the initial cash costs per tonne were, nor could they at this stage. It is a positive announcement, but poorly written.
