Fair enough, I guess the only way to accelerate could be $100+ oil or a JV partner stepping in to speed things along. Surely there is a price for this JV that makes sense to get returns to fund whatever is after this SWISH. If there even is anything after it.. surely it would be worth it to move things along for a discount and keep growing.
