Felt nice getting a positive announcement and seeing the SP increase.
Up until Grandis, EXR was a certified dog with a pipedream that seemed destined to fail.

Hopefully we're next. Feels like a similar boat, both awaiting results.

operationally BRK have been near perfect lately, so less risk less reward, but some good values from these wells might show how rapidly we can start dramatically increasing our annual output. Monty will speak, this will rerate - hopefully beyond 2c, but this is still brk...
