Build it and they will come, there are examples or that everywhere you look. Give it time that's all that's needed here.
Trouble is today Kids want what there parent's have spent there life building and they want it now. human nature is a funny thing.
BRK will be fine, they have the resource, they have the ability to get it and sell it, infrastructure is all around them and the demand for the product isn't going anywhere soon.
Long term this is a no brainer, kick back and let it happen, its as easy as that.
