Sorry to say, but if this is (after months of discussions with interest parties) the best outcome Mgt could negotiate I have to pass. I thought the November spike was the first sparkle which only would become bigger with an actual deal. They are not receiving money, so why don't wait until BHP reports more results, instead of giving away the most of the tenement for just exploration commitment.
I know Ser has more projects and an IPO stake, so hope you long termers eventually will be rewarded.
