That's a disappointing outcome IMO. Great to have FMG on-board but for pittance of 1.5m for 80% isn't valuing the tenement all that fantastically.
Surely they could have raised the same funds to perform their own drilling and retained the tenement. Proving anything of interest surely would have leveraged a better farm in/JV. Dilution sure, but would be way ahead of the 80% dilution this is equivalent too.
