    Compare that to the Tasman deal. MC around 14M
    1M minimum expenditure to be able to withdraw
    4M expenditure to earn 51% interest
    further 7M expenditure to earn 80% interest.

    So a total of 11M to earn the 80%. That's significant cashflow for development.
