"All of the unsolicited offers which are currently under consideration are incomplete proposals, confidential in nature, and subject to negotiation."

This negotiation could be when the exclusivity period ends, they would be crazy to negotiate right now. As long as they have not "negotiated" yet they are not in breach of ASX rules. Not defending them, just stating the facts.
