Fair enough CW about the accusations...there is circumstantial evidience ONLY to support them...I do not claim to have proof beyond reasonable doubt about the alleged accounting manipulation...however I obviously do not need proof beyound reasonable doubt to make investment decisions given that there is enough circumstantial evidence to support my claim to satisfy my personal investment thresholds...

Personally I believe the burden is on FML to make transparent their allocation methods in light of the many inconsistencies otherwise it is my right as an investor to assume to the worst (especially in today's market when there are plenty of other investment opportunities)...
