Very exciting times ahead for shareholders. The Board have obviously worked very hard on this ...the strategic asset swap and the tricky negotiations with FML ....and their hard work I think is about to pay off. Now that FML have declared their interest in acquiring HRZ shares in the transaction, I cannot think of another company that would be interested in the deal and have the huge upside in share price that HRZ will have....NST and others would not be likely to have 10 fold plus growth in the near future.....looks done and dusted to me
