Don't forget Ecker October is the 3rd month of the extension that was requested so not out of the way, the problem is not the two companies agreeing any terms ,it is all the formalities, approvals etc including government title dept etc ,I am positive it will go ahead and have not sold any of my 2mil shares ,but I have been wrong before
