And rightly so.
Once the deal is completed, HRZ with the mill refurbished plus consolidated Coolgardie tenements + Boorara being mined at full-tilt -> watch FML's $12 million worth of HRZ's shares grow to become > $100 million by 2021. These shares plus $43 million cash = $143m. How can a cash deal of $56m - $65m possibly beat this?
