re: Ann: CRE: FML: Takeover of Crescent Gold ... I would be interested if someone could explain the implications of the loans/covertible notes that Focus may have and what happens if they are converted into CRE shares.
I am having trouble getting my head around it.
Does it mean if the takeover doesnt go ahead, focus would have a stake in CRE anyway?
If it does go ahead we would have a heap of CRE shares which we wouldnt have to print focus shares for as part of the takeover offer?
Or am I way off the mark?
