your post confirms the best is yet to come from CRE. Summit was supposed to be the cash cow for CRE. The last capital raising was based around Summits resource expectations. Shortly after the floods came and destroyed Crescent's revenue base.
Much higher grades expected deeper.
Very opportunistic by Focus.
