Hi JS,
Think all your comments/reflections on the hedging issue and the replies provided have looped everything back to the 51% control issue, and I don’t think anyone is denying that is the crux of the whole deal.
How well the argument and guarantees are put that the proposed 51% shareholding is a passive investment to drive FML and shareholder value forward, will I think be the ultimate decider on how existing shareholders vote.
