Initial thoughts are, if you invest >$200 mill for 51% you have CONTROL and you can do anything you want. You do not sit back and let others spend your money with out tight control (at least I wouldn't/don't)
The people at Focus are good but they are not irreplaceable, expertise can be bought, I would expect people to move/be moved on.
As minority shareholders (i.e. <50%) we can be ignored just like the minority holders in CRE are by FML to everyone here's apparent delight based on postings.
There is an old saying "be careful what you wish for, you just might get it"
