while I can see this as positive for the SP,what is in it for me, a slight fast tracking of the (running behind) target to get to 250kozpa, given the dilution, 49% of 500kpa is 245kozpa...it's a reduction in target. Other than fast tracking exploration, what improvements will this give to profitability?

I initially feel they are getting too big a chunk for too cheap. We dont need this much money this quickly, they could easily have been given a 5 or 10% stake & declare themselves as a cornerstone investor to provide long term SP support. We could get cleaned up quicker than CRE & at a price we werent interested in accepting.
