Many investors in here measure only SP so lets cut to the chase. Ignore the rest of the fundamentals and technical - ground position etc and focus on SP.

Have the board just de-risked the balance sheet for you? I am talking about a fat tail event because they were just starting to put some cash back by all accounts. Monetize development. The answer is yes - tick - advantage shareholder.

The into's are assessing this today and have voted in favor - and SP can go down on other sentiment (general market) tomorrow that does not invalidate the market response to this news. So SP up a little already and broken to the upside - tick - advantage shareholder.

Does this devalue the company - really - on a rational basis? $227.5M has valued it higher - tick - advantage shareholder.

Does this restrict progress on projects or enhance it? The obvious answer is - tick - advantage shareholder.

I wonder why you guys are not happier - it just defies logic. You berate those that talk about operations and ground position and geology. So look at SP only - maintain your view on that - where is the problem? Somebody got a good deal that now has a vested interest to assist us - tick - advantage shareholder.
