I doubt JP would have entered into the deal without a road map towards commercialization of coolgardie gold. The initial deal was structured that the bulk of the cash payments occurred at the tail end. From my recollection the deal was structured so that HRZ had 3 years to commercialise coolgardie and you need to commercialise in order to pay off for the deal in my opinion.

Ok the deal might be perceived as high risk... but I imagine if he does manage to pull it off it will come with payoff. I have no illusions HRZ is speculative stock.
