If corner investor will join on fair basis that's OK ... but I would not be surprised if both teams of directors FML & HRZ - at this level - would come to a conclusion that the best way out of the deadlock would be to merge... which is especially important for even "longer suffering" FML s/holders and their former saviour for Shandong managers now seriously in debt... otherwise they may get a job in their Siberia as they lost a lot of Chinese taxpayers money on their venture in 2012 ?... That's the way for all holders to recover and more!
