In their latest presentation Anglo are not expecting royalties until 2017.

If RIO got hold of the PIOP they can sit on it for as long as they want.

Maybe a clue re development at the PIOP if RIO ended up owning it will come from RIO's Caliwingina resource. Location points to synergies.

If RIO bought out FMS then who cares what RIO does with it anyway.
